Upper Javelina Trail Looking East

Hiked the Upper Javelina Trail on Sunday and it looks like Ireland up there--emerald green! Below is a photo collage of the canyons, washes and wildflowers seen on the first section of the Wild Burro Trail and the Upper Javelina Trail.

The rain has been wonderful and our Sonoran Desert has returned to life. However, when this vegetation dries up (and it will), we need to be vigilant about wildfires.
