Today, the Tortolita Alliance (TA) filed this letter with the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) in response to their request for comments on Colorado River Operational Strategies. You can download the letter at the link below.
We suggest all TA members contact the USBR (CRB-info@usbr.gov & cjerla@usbr.gov) along with local, state and federal legislators and water leaders (use their on-line contact forms) and urge them to support Cut 20. It is time for drastic action. We are running out of time.
