The Tortolita Alliance was formed in response to the Town of Marana and the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) proposal to re-zone and reconfigure the Tortolita Preserve. The Tortolita Alliance is a community-based group with the primary goal of ensuring the Tortolita Preserve is conserved for the long-term. The mission statement is currently being finalized.
The purpose of this website is to inform, educate, alert and provide a forum for commentary. This website (www.tortolitaalliance.com) provides a convenient way to communicate with the stakeholders and will be enhanced in the weeks and months ahead.
