The Marana Town Council meets tonight (2/23/21) in a Study Session to discuss the proposed 2022-26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
TA has reviewed the CIP and prepared a comment letter (below).
The good news is Marana has included an Integrated Water Resources Plan in the CIP. This master plan is essential to ensure that Marana can reliably meet current and future water demands in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
The CIP also includes $260,000 for Tortolita Preserve Improvements which is wonderful.
TA has requested to add other master planning efforts identified in the Make Marana 2040 General Plan and a few other suggestions.
