Tortolita Alliance Strategic Plan

The first General Meeting of the Tortolita Alliance (TA) was held on 1/31/20. Approximately 60 TA supporters were in attendance. A key part of this meeting was getting input on strategic initiatives. We broke out into 5 Action Groups and received some great ideas.

The TA Board has reviewed and prioritized the input received from the General Meeting and developed a Strategic Plan (below). Many of the strategic initiatives are underway and some are already complete.
